The 2025 ICU European Cheerleading Championships will take place from June 27 to 29 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Organized by the Slovenian Cheer Union in cooperation with the International Cheer Union (ICU) and the European Cheer Union (ECU), the event will be hosted at Tivoli Hall – a centrally located and iconic sports venue in the Slovenian capital. The championship will bring together athletes, coaches, and teams from across Europe to compete in a wide range of divisions in both Cheerleading and Performance Cheer disciplines.

Registrations

Registrations for the ICU European Cheerleading Championships 2025 are now closed.

Registration fee for athletes, substitutes, coaches, and other team members is 60,00 EUR per person.

Registration fee for Performance Cheer Doubles categories is 100,00 EUR per participating teams.

Competition Rulebook

The competition floor will be set up in accordance with the ECU regulations:

  • Cheerleading: 16 x 12 meters (8 rolls)
  • Performance Cheer: 16 x 12 meters (8 rolls)

Venue

The ICU European Cheerleading Championships 2025 will take place at Hala Tivoli, a well-known sports and event hall in Ljubljana, renowned for hosting national and international competitions.

Below is a preliminary draft of the venue layout for the event. Please note that adjustments may be made before the competition.

Pre-competition training sessions

Teams have the opportunity to book training sessions prior to the competition.

The cost of a training session is 115 € per hour.

Additional services will also be available upon request:

  • Legality judges routine checks can be booked at a rate of 15 € per 30-minute slot.
  • Bus transportation from your accommodation in Ljubljana to the training venue and back is available at a flat rate of 195 €.

Meal Packages

Stay energized throughout the event with our freshly prepared meals, available for pre-order.

Each selected lunch (3 meat, 2 vegetarian and 1 gluten-free menus) or dinner (2 meat, 1 vegetarian and 1 gluten-free menus) also includes 0,5L of a non-alcoholic beverage and a fruit salad. Meals are served on-site with disposable plates and cutlery.

Tickets are available either separately for each division (Cheerleading only or Performance Cheer only) or as a combined ticket for both divisions. Grab individual day passes or enjoy the full excitement with a 3-day pass.
